We're early adopters to ChatGPT. We started figuring out different ways to use it in our workflows.

Despite all the hype of ChatGPT replacing workers, we weren't seeing that. We were seeing teams utilize ChatGPT to make their lives easier.

So much employee dissatisfaction is just repeatable, non-value-adding work that is soul-draining. We call it the Drudgery Tax.
