Permitted Use
You may use SuperTrained services to:
- Generate Automation Blueprints for legitimate business challenges
- Explore AI automation opportunities for your organization
- Learn about our methodology and services
- Contact us for professional consulting engagements
Prohibited Use
You may not use SuperTrained services to:
- Submit false, misleading, or spam content to the Automation Blueprint generator
- Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer our AI prompts or systems
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Circumvent rate limits or other protective measures
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
- Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
- Submit confidential information belonging to third parties without authorization
- Use generated Automation Blueprints to misrepresent SuperTrained's involvement in your projects
Rate Limits
To ensure fair access, the following rate limits apply:
- IP-based: 5 Automation Blueprint requests per hour
- Email-based: 1 Automation Blueprint per email address per day
These limits are subject to change. Attempting to bypass rate limits is a violation of this policy.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Temporary or permanent blocking of your access
- Deletion of content submitted in violation
- Reporting to appropriate authorities if legally required
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and to take action at our discretion.
