Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SuperTrained ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

SuperTrained provides AI-powered workflow analysis and automation blueprints. The Service generates recommendations based on user input using artificial intelligence technology. These recommendations are starting points for consideration, not guaranteed solutions.

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information when using the Service
Do not submit confidential business information you don't own
Do not use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
Do not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
Respect rate limits (5 requests/hour, 1 Automation Blueprint/email/day)

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your input to generate Automation Blueprints.

Our Content: The SuperTrained name, logo, and Service design are our intellectual property. Automation Blueprint templates and AI-generated content are provided for your use but remain our intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

Automation Blueprints will solve your specific business challenges
AI-generated recommendations are error-free
The Service will be available without interruption
Cost estimates or ROI projections will be accurate

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperTrained and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Professional Services

If you engage SuperTrained for professional consulting or development services, separate agreements will govern those engagements. Free Automation Blueprint generation does not create a client relationship.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their data and terminate access.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SuperTrained, its founders, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in New York, New York.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, class arbitration, or any other form of representative proceeding.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SuperTrained regarding the Service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
